Yes, we can use your design, sketch, or just an idea to create something totally unique for your school or event. You can submit your design idea via our Request Custom Artwork page located on the top toolbar. A sales representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your design. Once you have discussed the details of your order with our sales team, the art team will create your production proof within 48 hours for you to review.
We will email a production proof of your personalized design reflecting your ink colors, mascots and text within 48 hours. All designs will need to be approved by the order coordinator to begin production.
Sorry, we do not offer DTG printing at this time.
Art takes 24 – 48 hours to complete. We also ask 24 - 48 hours for every edit needed.
Simply put, we only print what is approved. Approving your artwork is your assurance that you have checked over all aspects of the image to make sure it’s correct and how you want it to look. This frees Spiritwear from liability in the rare case a design aspect is overlooked.
If your art is approved, you must contact your sales rep if you’d like to make additional edits. Changes can ONLY be made if we have NOT started the printing process. After changes are made, the customer is required to approve the artwork again before we can print.
Push the “Request Edits” button. In the box, tell us which version you have selected using as much detail as possible. Allow at least 24 hours for the artist to upload a new proof with just the design you have selected. At that point you may select “Approve Artwork” after you have checked it over carefully.
All aspects of your artwork may be changed – font, layout, shirt color, ink colors, etc. If you don’t love it, we’ll start over from scratch; however, multiple artwork remakes will incur a fee.
We generally do not charge for artwork edits, and we offer as many edits as it takes to get the artwork how you want it. While we do allow complete artwork remakes, fees will apply after the third request for a new design.

Yes, we offer heat press names and / or numbers. For names OR numbers, there will be an extra $8.00 charge per unique location per shirt. For names AND numbers, there will be an additional $12 per unique location per shirt. A customer service representative will go over this extra charge with you after you submit your order.
