I have been working with Krista who has been AMAZING today. I called asking for a very quick shirt design for a family night we are having tonight. We received our proofs but needed to make some changes. I was hoping that Krista, or another member of the sales team could let the art team know how appreciative we are of the promptness of their hard work, but if we could get the quick changes made we would be able to get our flyers to our families at tonight's family night. Wow. That's all I can say! I submitted a request this morning for some changes to one of our shirt designs and got the new proof within an hour or so and it was perfect! Exactly what I wanted, which is surprising since my request was vague and confused at best, ha ha. My PTA Board loves it. My kids love it. I love it. So we're definitely moving forward with this shirt. I'm figuring out the payment method with my treasurer and should be able to place an order tomorrow, Thursday at the latest. Yay! This process has been so easy and fun. I should have contacted you a year ago!

I am writing in regard to a wonderful employee at Spiritwear, Krista Gilmer. Fortunately, I called and she helped me with my t-shirt order from beginning to end. Krista was so patient, professional, and kind; she went out of her way to complete my order in time for my mother's 90th birthday celebration. (My mother loves the shirt!) The design is perfect and creative, making me feel comfortable with the words I wanted to use. Krista has been a true delight to do business with.
