When your order arrives, it will be individually labeled and bagged with your information. Your schools coordinator uses the organization and homeroom teacher name to help separate and distribute the orders.

On campaign orders we are not able to except returns or exchanges. Please double check with the size chart offered to ensure the correct fit. For future questions regarding issues, please contact your school coordinator which is listed on your campaign page.

We offer two options for delivery on eStore orders. We can ship orders directly to the coordinator (School or home address) or we offer the direct to customer option where orders are shipped direct to your students, parents or staffs home.

All eStore order timelines are dependent on the campaign coordinator. After an eStore is closed, Spiritwear.com will reach out to the coordinator for approval to begin production. One we have approval, orders are printed and shipped within 15 business days.
