I have been working with Krista who has been AMAZING today. I called asking for a very quick shirt design for a family night we are having tonight. We received our proofs but needed to make some changes. I was hoping that Krista, or another member of the sales team could let the art team know how appreciative we are of the promptness of their hard work, but if we could get the quick changes made we would be able to get our flyers to our families at tonight's family night. Thanks again! You guys ROCK!

Wow. That's all I can say! I submitted a request this morning for some changes to one of our shirt designs and got the new proof within an hour or so and it was perfect! Exactly what I wanted, which is surprising since my request was vague and confused at best, ha ha. My PTA Board loves it. My kids love it. I love it. So we're definitely moving forward with this shirt. I'm figuring out the payment method with my treasurer and should be able to place an order tomorrow, Thursday at the latest. Yay! This process has been so easy and fun. I should have contacted you a year ago!

I am writing in regard to a wonderful employee at Spiritwear, Krista Gilmer. Fortunately, I called and she helped me with my t-shirt order from beginning to end. Krista was so patient, professional, and kind; she went out of her way to complete my order in time for my mother's 90th birthday celebration. (My mother loves the shirt!) The design is perfect and creative, making me feel comfortable with the words I wanted to use. Krista has been a true delight to do business with. I hope to save money for another order in the near future and will definitely request Krista. She's such an asset to your company!

I just wanted to tell you all that we are incredibly impressed with you all and the handling of our order...and thank you for the extra shirts!! I can't believe how orderly everything was. I have always dreaded t-shirt orders because they were always difficult and ended up being a huge project. The efficiency, turn around time, ease of ordering, order forms...everything you did absolutely streamlined the process for us and turned what was a 20 hour job for 3 people into a 2 hour job for one person. I haven't been impressed like this by ANY company in a long time. So kudos to you! We are definitely going to be using Spiritwear for all of our t-shirt orders! This was my first attempt in charge of the shirt and, to say the least, I was overwhelmed with where to start. Krista has made the process so easy. She was patient with my never ending questions and always replied promptly. I could not have done this without her help. I hope that I am able to work with her again in the future! I wanted to send this email to let you know what a great job she did! I wanted to ensure she was recognized for all her work because I know I did not make it easy for her.

First of all.......let me just start off by saying that the t-shirts are AWESOME!!!!! The proof DOES NOT do them justice! The print quality is impeccable!! and I am so happy with the outcome! You would not believe the response we've gotten from the Straight Outta Thomson t-shirts!!!! EVERYONE LOVES THEM!!!! I had parents, kids, teachers, aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas,.... EVERYONE! was trying to give me their orders yesterday at the Houston County Middle School cheer competition before I could even get the order form out of my purse!! (Wow!) These t-shirts were such a hit that the cheer coach picked up her phone and got both the Thomson Principal and the Thomson Athletic Director on the phone to tell them about these shirts!!!

Superb Service!!!! I don't write reviews often but, I had to take time to write this one. Amber and Heather were a pleasure to work with. There was consistent communication throughout the entire process. They were patient and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed into making a decision or that they had something else to do. I had their complete attention. And, I am so amazed at the quick turn around time. I completed the order and paid for the shirts on July 16th and the shirts where being delivered on July 22nd.
